Hon. Cheryl Rios of Kansas Recognized with MANA Ring of Honor Award

District 10 Director, Hon. Cheryl Rios from the 3rd Judicial Distict Court in Kansas, received the 2021 MANA Ring of Honor Award from MANA, A National Latina Organization.
