Clarke was spotlighted by Penn State University for Black History Month.  Judge Clarke was the first black woman to ever play basketball at Penn State and continues to mentor Penn State student athletes.  Judge Clarke has accomplished so much in her years since graduating Penn State and we are honored to have her as a longtime member of NAWJ.  Click here to watch Penn State Women's Basketball Black History Month Spotlight video featuring Judge Clarke.
