NAWJ and a number of its members were honored at the 2025 ABA Annual Conference in July.
NAWJ received the Justice and Rule of Law Award which recognizes a positive national impact on the justice system and preserving the rule of law. We received this for our work with the Afghan Judges and Informed Voter Project.
Hon. Anita Earls and Hon. Holly Fujie were recognized for their professional excellence within a specialty area and having actively paved the way to success for other women lawyers with the Margaret Brent Award.
Col. Linda Murnane was acknowledged for her outstanding contribution to promoting public awareness of the importance of a fair, impartial, and independent judiciary with the Burnham "Hod" Greeley Award.
Hon. Emily Chafa was honored with the Robert B. Yegge Award for her Outstanding Contribution in the Field of Judicial Administration.
