NAWJ CALLS ON THE SUPPORT OF THE CONFERENCE OF CHIEF JUSTICES TO OPPOSE POLICIES THAT ALLOW SHACKLING INCARCERATED PREGNANT WOMEN IN TRANSPORATION, LABOR AND CHILDBIRTH
