Hon. Diana H. Horan Appointed Chief Justice of the Housing Court

District One member Hon. Diana H. Horan has been appointed Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Housing Court.  Justice Horan was the first woman appointed to the Massachusetts Housing Court and is the first woman Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Housing Court.  Congratulations Justice Horan!
