National Native & Alaskan American Heritage Month

The Fundamental Rights of Indigenous Youth, the Climate Crisis, and Access to Justice

In celebration of Native American and Alaskan Heritage Month, join the National Association of Women Judges and Our Children’s Trust for a webinar on the fundamental rights of Indigenous youth, the climate crisis, and the unique harms that vulnerable and Indigenous youth face from the destabilization of our climate. Hear from courageous Indigenous youth from recent rights-based climate litigation who sought justice for children and future generations. Also, hear from their attorneys from Our Children's Trust who work to improve the lives of children facing the harms of climate change within our constitutional democracy.
