Interns are selected on the basis of their application, cover letter, resume, references and phone interview(s). We do not require applicants to include recommendations or writing samples in their application materials.

6. Do you accept applications through internship placement programs?

NAWJ welcomes applications from students who are involved in an internship placement program. We do require, however, that these applicants comply with our application process. While internship placement program staff are welcomed to initiate contact with us, we strongly prefer to communicate directly with applicants.
