This course is designed to examine the best practices and strategies in addressing Racial Disparity over the past several years. This course is designed to be a short course of 1 hour in duration. This course examines:

- In which areas is racial disparity more readily apparent?
- Are there differing rates of disparity at different stages of the criminal justice system?
- What are the six steps to address racial disparity in the criminal justice system?
- What is implicit bias and how does it impact racial disparity in the criminal justice system?
- How can decision points where racial and ethnic disparities occur be identified?
