This program encourages women lawyers to consider judicial careers and seeks to make the process of appointment and election to the bench more transparent and accessible. Program components address the “how” and “why” of becoming a judge as well as significant issues such as the ethical questions faced by judges, minority perspectives, and gender bias in courts.
