Erika Lehman is Vice President & General Manager of Government Markets at LexisNexis, where she leads strategy, operations and growth initiatives for public sector entities. In this role, she is responsible for driving market expansion, aligning product and customer needs and delivering data-driven solutions that support mission-critical government work. Prior to leading Government Markets, Erika spent 10 years in consulting, sales, pricing, strategy and leadership roles within LexisNexis’ Large Markets division. Before joining LexisNexis, she spent 11 years in nonprofit leadership, developing a strong foundation in mission-driven work, organizational leadership and stakeholder engagement. Erika resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, and earned her Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law. She enjoys gardening, restoring her old house, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
