The host hotel for the conference is the Charles Hotel which is located at One Bennett Street, Cambridge, MA 02138. The Group Rate is $239.00 Single or Double Occupancy. You may reserve accommodations by calling 800-882-1818. Reservations may also be made through the Charles Hotel secured web site (www.charleshotel.com). Attendees have access to make Group Reservations twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week until February 17, 2012 to receive the agreed upon Group Rate.

REGISTRATION
All persons wishing to attend conference events must register as a participant. Non NAWJ members must be a guest of a NAWJ member in good standing. Conference registration fees are $195 for NAWJ members and $245 for non-members. The registration fee includes all events and receptions from Friday March 9, 2012 until Sunday morning, March 11, 2012. Download the registration form here or register online.

Cancellation and Refunds: If notice of cancellation is received after February 24th, 2012, the registration fee, less a $25 processing fee, is refundable. Cancellations received within 3 days of the conference are refundable less a $50 processing fee.
