Thank you to everyone who attended NAWJ’s 25th Annual Conference in Washington, D.C. The educational programs were exceptional and our nation’s capital was a wonderful venue to celebrate NAWJ’s first and next 25 years! We were honored to be addressed by guest speakers First Lady Laura Bush, Hon. Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Democratic Leader of the House Nancy Pelosi, and Senator Mary Landrieu (D-LA). Hon. Sandra Day O’Connor and Hon. Ruth Bader Ginsburg welcomed us at the Supreme Court where we enjoyed a wonderful reception. The address by Laura Bush was televised by CNN and made several national headlines. Congratulations to the planning committee and its chair, Hon. Noel Anketell Kramer!
